Pragmatic and individual. Rational and yet intuitive. Analytical, solution-oriented and straightforward, with a touch of (black) humor, a pinch of craziness and a spiritual or subtle component.

The soul is combed through. The inner core discovered, polished and made to shine. All lids removed. Layers and rolls that prevent us from growing are carefully removed.

Hi! My name is Andrea Kirste, founder of Mess-to-Yes Coaching.
I combine many opposites in me:
Analytical thinker, always with her head and mind at the forefront
I love spreadsheets, including done lists, bucket lists and big goals
Mother of a wonderful son who has a lot of serenity, dry humor and wisdom ahead of me.
Cool calculator and sometimes choleric thick-headed, impatience personified. Outwardly the calm itself.
Motorcycle lady and wild woman, mother hen at the same time.

I love rocking my soul out to hard sounds. To feel my body, to feel the night around my ears. Classical music, opera, jazz… I’m not averse to that either. What is important is a truthfulness that triggers goose bumps.
On the other hand, I also like to relax at home, read and meet up with loved ones to chat about God and the world. With good food and drink. Sometimes I need to feel like a “lone wolf”. To think my head off and come up with new ideas. More and more with heart and gut, not just with reason and rationality.
What else I love:
My son. Me. Not always, but more and more often. Our hangover. Endless sauna sessions. Bathing and swimming in warm water. The night with all its secrets. My black, loud 300kg chopper “Victoria”. Chocolate and the occasional steak, and a fine whisky. City trips to various metropolises to immerse yourself in the vibes of the respective cities. The sea, the Black Forest, the beautiful border triangle near Basel. Realize creative ideas. Painting (wild color mixtures on canvas or stones), baking, cooking, photography, furniture and home improvement. My weekend retreat with caravan, fruit trees and far-reaching views at the edge of the forest. Lemmy. Jesus. Deep black and dry humor. Laughing until you can’t breathe. Hermetic laws, even though they sometimes suck in everyday life…
